2024 Project Application Information

This folder contains all the information/material needed for submitting Brook Trout conservation project proposals for the federal FY2024 funding cycle. To submit a project for funding, you must be a registered member of this website. Please register for membership early because you will need to be approved before you can use the website as a member to upload applications. The deadline for this funding opportunity is 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on January 30, 2023.

Upload your 2024 project application here

Please create a folder for your project inside this folder by first opening this folder and then clicking "Add New..." and then "Folder" from the green menu bar. Name your folder with the title of your project. Save the folder. Open the folder and stay in "view" tab. Then click "Add New..." and then "file". Please contact lori.maloney@canaanvi.org immediately if you experience technical difficulties with the website or need assistance with your application. If you are a first time user of the website, you will need to create a username and password. Please register using the button to the right of the menu bar above.

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service National Fish Habitat Partnership Program (NFHP) Application & Award Requirements October 2021

Any projects selected for award by EBTJV/NFHAP must then apply to the US FWS to receive those funds. NFHP funds are federal funds, administered through the FWS. All organizations that receive NFHP funding are required to complete all requirements for federal grants, including registration on the federal System for Award Management (SAM.org), Automated Standard Application for Payments (ASAP), Grants Solutions grant management system, and provide interim and annual reports. NFHP funds are processed through a grant agreement completed through the USFWS Regional Offices or local FWCO office. This document details that process.
